When to Arrive
Please do your best to arrive at 3:30 PM. The ceremony will start on-time at 4:00 PM. Please also refer to the Day of Schedule page for a rough timeline of events.
Where to Go
Both the ceremony and the reception will be hosted indoors in the Main Ballroom at Swaneset Bay Resort & Country Club (16651 Rannie Rd, Pitt Meadows, BC). The Main Ballroom is upstairs. An elevator is available for those who would prefer to use one.
Age Restriction
As there will be alcohol served at the reception, we kindly ask that all attendees be 19 years of age or older. We appreciate everyone's understanding. If you do have persons under 19 years of age that will be traveling with you, please refer to the Travel & Stay page for information about provided childcare options.
Phone/Camera Usage
We have contracted an amazing photographer duo to help us capture every moment of our magical day. During the ceremony we kindly ask that you refrain from cellphone, camera, or other device use. We appreciate your understanding and we promise that photos will be made available!
Food
Swaneset's wonderful chef and culinary team will be providing canapes during happy hour and a buffet-style dinner. If there are any food allergies, intolerances, or anything else we should know about, please let us know when you RSVP.
Drink
A welcome drink at Happy Hour and wine with dinner will be provided. Once the ceremony is over, a subsidized cash bar will be available for additional drinks. A selection of beer, wine, cider, coolers, and non-alcoholic options will be available.
Parking
If you choose to drive to the wedding, please be advised that there is ample free parking available. Additionally, a shuttle service from the parking lot to the main entrance (5 minute walk) will be available if needed. Overnight parking is permitted but sleeping in your vehicle is strictly prohibited.
Getting Home
We insist that if you plan on consuming alcohol you pre-plan your ride home. Swaneset is around 15 minutes drive from Pitt Meadows city centre. Taxicabs and Ubers/Lyfts are readily available for your use. Please make the smart decision and help us ensure that we only have amazing and happy lasting memories of the night!
